best dessert for Summer - "Bing-Su"
Written at Monday, 10 May 2010 | back to top

Bing-Su, the Korean ice flakes with syrup, icecream and fruits, is my favourite food to eat in Summer. We have the similar food like BingSu in Myanmar too. It's often topped with ice cream or frozen yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, various fruits such as strawberries, kiwifruit, and bananas, small pieces of tteok (rice cake), chewy jelly bits, and cereal flakes. "Yoghurt Bing su with fruits" is my favourite one ^0^;
